Are you an emergency service?
No. LeRitz Home Guard is a scheduled, preventive maintenance membership — an annual plan, not on-demand service calls. If you’re facing an active emergency such as flooding, no heat, or a safety hazard, please contact an emergency service provider directly.
Are you a handyman company?
No. We focus on scheduled, documented preventive care. Licensed trade work is referred out, and Estate Credits cover a specific, defined list of non-licensed tasks rather than general handyman requests.
Do you do electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or gas work?
Licensed trade work like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and gas is referred out to qualified professionals. Our team handles the non-licensed maintenance, inspection, and documentation work included in your membership and Estate Wallet.
How do Estate Wallet Credits work?
Every membership above Essential includes an annual balance of Estate Credits. Choose an item from the Estate Wallet directory, we schedule it into your next visit, and it’s documented with photos in your Home Asset Portfolio.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused Estate Credits roll over at 25% on renewal; terms apply.
Does documentation guarantee insurance, resale, or tax outcomes?
No. Documentation supports better decisions but does not guarantee insurance, resale, or tax outcomes.
What is a half-day visit?
TBD — exact visit hours still need to be confirmed.
What if I need more credits than my tier includes?
Yes – additional credits can be added. If you run out of credits, no worries, we can add more at any time.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes, we can upgrade your account package at any time, once per year.
What is your service area?
We serve the Oakville-to-Niagara-Falls corridor, including Burlington, Ancaster, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, Beamsville, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls.
